Default Auto to 5 speed conversion issues

I recently swapped my D15 for a ZC and did an auto to 5 speed conversion. Having some issues with it not going about 3k rpms. Any suggestions?

sounds like the car is in limp mode. The ecu, if it was not changed, may be still looking for the auto trans lockup solenoid signal. not seeing it, it causes a cel, and possibly limp mode. can you confirm you dealt with that issue?

Appreciate the help. Did some more research and got the car out of limp mode like you were talking about. Aside from some minor tuning (its out of time pretty fierce) and clearance issues with the shift linkage (which I'm pretty sure I've got figured out), things are running great now. Thanks again for the help

Did you change out the ECU for this conversion?
Are you getting a check engine light on the gauges?
