I have a 2001 Honda Accord LX with intermittent wipers. They have not worked in quite a while, but high and lo work fine and they shut off as soon I turn it to the intermittent or off position. I've looked in the Haynes manual and they mention an intermittent wiper relay, but have no real idea where it is or if this is the problem. Any thoughts would be very appreciated.

 

it is likely in the small fuse box under the dash to the left on the drivers side footwell or it is under/behind the dash. once you locate it you can simply put your finger on it, turn the wipers to intermittent (with the car on) and see if it clicks. if it does not try replacing the relay
