My DD is a 95 civic DX.

I've been having a weird problem lately. If it has been sitting overnight or for 24hours+, it has trouble staying on when I start it. I have to rev it for about a minute and then it's ok, otherwise it will stall out. Once I start driving it a little, it does perfectly fine. If I have to start it maybe lunch time at work, I have zero problems starting and running without having to rev the car. What do you guys think?

test your alternator, check coil, cap, and rotor.

 

Iacv and fitv both check out fine, alt is new and gives the car a good charge. Coil, cap and rotor are also new. It's the strangest thing because when I'm driving after a few minutes, everything is fine.
