Another integra sob story...just moved to Chicago two Sundays ago and already had my teggy boosted. Was parked on Burling St in Lincoln Park for those familiar with the area. Left my car there for two days to find it gone. Car was a mint 1998 frost white GSR with a small crack on the right of the front bumper. Also had comptech icebox, axle back comptech exhaust, some itr interior additions, and the stock GSR blades. Only 102k miles. Hate to beat a dead horse but you really can't leave a nice Honda on the streets of Chicago, especially over night.

Did you have any security on the car?

 

time and time again, DON'T LEAVE YOUR IMPORTS (especially clean ones) UNATTENDED AND UNSECURED! the money you will spend buying a new car or repairing this one (if recovered) would have easily bought you a couple years worth of secure storage.

In retrospect, leaving it on the street was probably dumb. Call it virgin big city ignorance I guess. No word on it yet but insurance is giving me around 6k so that's not bad

Sucks for you. Just move on with another Honda. Make sure you take care of it. Everyone has had their Civics and Integras stolen once or twice in their life.
