Hello all. I have a 91 accord ex automatic that i purchased about a month ago. I purchased it and was told it had a bad transmission. I got it home checked the TCU and the TCU was bad. I replaced the TCU with a used one. The used TCU circuit board had no bad capacitors and looked great. I installed the used TCU and it fixed the problem that the car had.
Now, 1 month later I get into the ar and it has no park, reverse or neutral.
It shifts as it should in 1st 2nd d3 and d4 but neutral reverse and park all go forward as well.
I pulled the codes and got a code for the NM sensor code 15.
I pulled the tcu to inspect the board and low and behold one of the capacitors is bad now. It is capacitor c33 which is a 33 uf / 35 volt. All the other resistors and capacitors appear to be fine.

I checked the shift linkage in the console and it appears to be correct.
Is this at all related to the nm sensor or the bad capacitor on the board?
I tried a rest and it didnt help.

Also one thing the car has done since I have had it is this. If you want to put the car in d4 you have to pull the gear selector slightly pass d4 almost in d3 to engage it. The same for every other gear. You have to pull the selector slightly pass the gear you want to go into.
