so i cant remember for the life of me if 88 crx fenders will fit a 91 crx? i thought so , due to corner light does not mount to the fender, but my wife wants to argue with me and say no.

I don't know for sure either.
From what I remember, they both bolt up to the chassis and you can swap out the clips that hold the corners in place to make either set of corners work.

BTW - just let your wife win.
It really doesn't matter who is right with this one unless you are buying fenders =P

i got a buddy in cali that has some 88's fenders for 20 bucks for both shipped one state over. and they are CLEAN

 

i second that. i dk if tha hatch fenders fitment are different but i have one 88 fender and a 91 and i just swapped the tabs from the 88 tabs to the 91 tabs
