Possible Trades -
1) Money
2) Women
3) Evolution VIII Parts - FP Green, Evolution IX OEM turbo + cash, TRE Transfer Case or Rear Differential, cams, etc. Anything that makes the females
4) Something I haven't thought of yet for my old EF Sedan.

Location -
Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. Draw a 200 mile circle around here and I'm willing to drive on my dime. Draw a 200+n mile circle and the Evo get's expensive to operate Shipping isn't that much of a ball buster, at least it wasn't when I sent the components to Golden Eagle back in the day.

Bump for a good looking motor. I'd pick it up but 77mm just seems to big for me. Good luck!

More information:

Shipping ballpark right now is $150 UPS, but I have to find a scale to weigh the block on unless anyone in the audience knows the exact weight of a block + rotating assembly off hand. Estimated weight of 150lbs, UPS ground, $2000 declared value.

I have to look for my bearing clearances that I wrote down sometime in 07, my thread has had all the pictures erased. They are OEM Honda bearings and when I get home tonight I will provide you with the information.

I recalculated after finding this picture in my archives.

$109.56 to ship.

If someone else is up for the internals (pistons, rods, crank, pulley, oil pump, bearings, etc...), I'll take the block with girdle and bolts. I've sent you a PM. How much has been machined off the deck of the block?

First, let me clarify I misspoke earlier. The bearings are a mixture of OEM and ACL. I can't say for sure which ones are in there as of now, but I do know I had a full set of ACLs and 2x of Yellow, Blue, and Black in case the ACL's were out of specification as of July 8, 2008. Clearances as measured are the following:

Rod 1: 0.0008"
Rod 2: 0.0011"
Rod 3: 0.0010"
Rod 4: 0.0011"

Starting from crank pulley
Main 1: 0.0018" w/OEM Green, switched to OEM Black to reduce 0.0004" overage.
Main 2: 0.0015" ACL
Main 3: 0.0010" ACL
Main 4: 0.0011" ACL
Main 5: 0.0019" w/OEM Green, switched to OEM Black to reduce 0.0005" overage.

Wall Clearance: 0.0035" per CP Specifications

Rings were gapped to the following
Top: 0.0197" ~ 0.0212"
Middle: 0.0212" ~ 0.0240"
Oil: Minimum 0.0150"

Joker, tracking. Replying to your PM. For the machining off the block, I was told minimal which for the life of me I can't remember off the top of my head or in my paperwork the exact amount.
