Difference in ITR Cams and Skunk 2 Tuner Cams

I have a 97-98 GSR head and I'm looking to upgrade cams and cam gears in the near future.
I believe I'd be able to come across a pair of ITR cams for less the buying a set of Skunk 2 Tuner Cams or the Pro 1 Cams...
I'm just wondering what the difference would be in the 2 cams in a GSR head?

Any input or info would be a great help.. I'm kinda new in this and I'm just trying to get some information...

Both cams have the specs all over this site and the rest of the internet. Look them up and compare

I dont understand how to read those specs... I'm sorry as I said this is new to me.. I dont understand those numbers...

Tuner 1 cams are similar to the ITR cams, Pro 1 is a whole other cam.

That's what I was thinking.... which is making me think that I can save some money, go with ITR cams... and have a noticable increase over GSR cams...
