Default How can I make these rims fit?

I was wondering if 13" enkeis could on a DA. Will 5mm spacers help?

Depending on the design of the rim and offsets you might need more spacing. The brake caliper will probably still hit the wheel as 14'' wheels are supposed to be the smallest diameter to use on a DA, IIRC. You can switch to 9.5'' civic brakes. They'll fit just fine over those.
