Looking to sell my ole lady's Xterra (well, she is. Not like I am selling it w/o her permission ). Quick run-down of highs and "lows" for prospective buyers. Photos can be found at the AutoTrader link. Pics of listed "flaws" have been taken and she/I/we are more than willing to send to those who are interested.

Pros:
- One owner, non-smoker, accident free vehicle
- ALL oil changes done every 3k miles by ASE Certified Tech @ Nissan of Greenville by my uncle
- Tires have PLENTY of tread remaining.
- ALL buttons, switches, lights, horn, etc work and have ZERO issues.
- All weather rubber floor mats have been over the OEM floor mats from DAY 1. As seen in the pics, the OEM floor mats are MINTY fresh.
- Sure there are others but I have lost track of them

Cons:
- Small scratches/dings on passenger side front and rear door. Front door from a beach umbrella stand I had leaned on the door and wind blew it down It is nothing serious, I havent addressed trying to "cover/remove" the scratch but sure it could be done. Rear door is from somebody politely opening their door on her car in a parking lot. Again, nothing serious but I feel we have nothing to hide so these items should be pointed out.
- Rear plastics in cargo area have some scratches on them from taking the dog crate in and out over the past 2-3 years. They are not a major eye sore therefore I never replaced the plastics.
- Maybe more which she/I/we are more than welcome to inform prospective buyers of just cant think of anything else right now.

- 96-00 4dr Civic + CASH on your end
- 94-01 4dr Integra + CASH on your end
- TSX, IS300, TL (pre-03), etc
- '03 body style Jetta + CASH on your end
- maybe others. She will have to determine that.
- NOT looking for JUNK, PROJECTS, TRASH. She is looking to sell to move to a car for a DD but would like something in equal condition.
- No coupes, no convertibles! She would like something to put the dogs in when we go somewhere so those two are useless to her.
