Bringing a 90 Civic back to life, help needed.
Ok, so I picked up what I consider a very nice 1990 Honda Civic hatch shell. 100% stock, bought it right after the original D15 was pulled. Still has factory exhaust. Came with some Fedipaldi(sp?) rims with Kumho tires with decent tread. All for $300. Only thing the car needs is head lights and an engine/trans. 95% rust free which is good for Ohio, so I figured I got this at a steal! Still has original paint.
My questions are:
What tires are the best bang for the buck? And best place to buy/order? 205/50/15 or 195/50/15 are what im looking for.
Since theres no engine, I'm going to be doing a full brake line tuck, so roughly how many feet of line will I need to redo the entire car? Also, where can I find stainless line for the calipers? Is there a place to buy the line in bulk?
What color code was the red civics? Is there a place that sell color matched spray? Few areas that need attended to, but Im not looking to paint the entire car right now.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I'd like to see it rolling again. Once I get to starting on it, I'll start a build thread.

For sure, no doubt. The guy said no one would buy it. Even has a clear title. He said if I hadn't came and grabbed it up, he was taking it to the scrap yard.
Look on Craigslist or Kijiji to find your tires. Probably pick up a good set for $150 or less. Ebay you can find decent stainless lines for small bones. Engine - well keep in mind that fuel is not going to be cheaper any time soon, so you can go stocker with Intake/Header/Exhaust - with a good tranny and run good suspension and upgraded brakes.
I've got the engine all planned out. And going the craigslist route for tires will be what I likely will do. As of now, I'm more concerned about the length of line I will need to do the entire car.

id wait to paint any thing any one who says they cant paint match it is full of **** it will be off just a lil...what motor you putting in
you can order about 20-30ft length of brake lines, you could prolly use 30 ft. + if your going to go through the whole car and make the bends neat and worthwhile.
and the paint you might as well wait till your ready for the whole care because it's likely to not match.
clean find though goodluck with her

For engine, complete OBD-1 converted JDM D15B. Any place you recommend ordering the line from? And I will be going through the entire car and replacing everything.
