Hey guys I had a quick question thats been puzzling me. My integra's radio was stolen a couple of months ago, and my climate control stopped working right after the thieves stole it. I think when they yanked the radio out, it shorted a wire belonging to the climate control. I checked the fuse box underneath the dash for the heater motor relay and checked the 40AMP fuse inside the engine bay. Both are fine, but when i try to turn on the blower it doesnt work. The vent controls light up and work fine, but the blower doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Im in the process of trying to test for power at the plug, but I dont know much about electrical.
