after the swap it was fine for a bit untill a lot of white smoke started to blow out of my car. then i changed my head and the head gasket and it was fine untill i test drove it today. a $HIT ton of white smoke when i half throttled it and it's still smokes. so i have no idea whats wrong.. anyone HELPP!!!!!!!!!

Do you have spark or fuel? Possible problem with your distributor. Or maybe your wires broke on your injector harness

Is it even cranking? Some details on what you have checked thus far would help.

Well not everything is working, or it would start.

Have you checked compression?
Have you checked fuel pressure?
How did you confirm fuel and spark?
Do you hear the fuel pump priming?
Do you have power, [12V+] at the injectors?
Are the injectors pulsing? 94

when you did the head gasket change did you resurface the head flat? you dont need to mill it just resurface it, did you hot tank and redo the head before you slaped it on? or did you put a used head that had oil and deposits in the head still? did you put the head gasket on right? did you use a new head gasket? did you torque the head in the right sequence and the right amount or torque? did you use the old head studs or upgrade to arp head studs? like you should of! the old head studs stretch once torqued at the factory by the machines, there usually no good to use after there removed! that can cause you to leak. also please tell me you put the the two dowels that go between the head and block?? they go on each end of the ex side of the block in the the corner head stud hole, if you forget to put them in your gona have a head gasket leak like a ****!!!

well the only thing i didn't do is take it to the machine shop. but would it be possile that i might have put the dowels in the wrong spots?? i remember putting them back in. would the head even fit on the block if the dowels are in the wrong plaecs?
