I bought a set of tein basics from a friend without instructions and I don't know how to adjust the height. What will happen if i set the adjusters all the way to the bottom? will that raise the car or slam it? I'm currently trying to raise the rear a bit higher than the front with tein basics.

Should be the same for lowering/raising any Honda, at worst search their site for your particular model...
