Default Help me choose tires for drag racing

Alright, I have several different sets of wheels and tires, all of which are at least >50% tread left, so I'm not buying another set. I know that drag radials or drag slicks would be the best bet, but I don't have any more space to store tires, so I'm not buying any. I do a lot more HPDE's and track events than drag racing, so all of my tires have pretty stiff sidewalls. I'm going out to the dragstrip friday just to get an idea of what the car runs. Probably will not go out there again for a long time after this weekend.

The car is an EG with an LS-T making 225 whp and 200 wtq on a stock clutch. 2400# with driver.

All of my sets are 205/50/15. These are my options:

Yokohama AD08's on Enkei RPF1's
BFG R1's on Kosei K1's
Kumho AST's on gsr snowflakes
Kumho SPT's on fat fives

So... wwhtd?

So just to update this thread with results from back in April to make this thread *slightly* useful... I used the BFG R1's at whatever pressures I ran them at last on a road course, like 32 psi or something? The sidewalls were so stiff that it didn't even really matter that they were R-compounds. They were not sticky. I spun through 2nd and some of third just like they were all seasons. For whatever reason, I got like no wheel hop at all.

I ran 13.8's in the high 103's-low 104's with the ignition cutting out or hitting boost cut - I don't know which. I didn't even care to record it with the Hondata. So yep. Road course tires aren't good for drag racing. lol
