h23a to h22a Swap

I have 4th gen, si non vtec, and was wondering how easy it was to fit a new front cut in, and if its worth it for the power gain?

putting in the h22, is the same as putting in another h23, as far as the work. there is only like 2 extra wires. if you want it to be worth it, buy my stuff for cheap...link below
