Honda Owner's Link / Used Vehicle
Hello, I have posted in the security forum as I understand the radio codes are a security feature. (I have been to a dealer but still have a question or two.)
I guess I have a multi-part question.
Is the Honda Owners Link ever going to be an option for me to retrieve a navigation code? I purchased a 2001 Odyssey yesterday. So, I am unsure if the email & zip must match the original New purchase or there has simply not been enough time for Honda to have my info.
I purchased from a dealer. But, they want me to schedule a service appointment when I come to pick up my plates to get the navigation code.
If all that is needed is the s/n from the bottom of the unit, I got that myself with a mirror and flashlight. But, the Honda Owners Link does not recognize me.
Do I have another option than waiting for my plates to get the code?
(Since I have the s/n, can I call the service department on the phone?)
Thank you for your time. It is quite obvious you get beaten down with radio code questions. These are all questions I can go to my dealer with I am sure. But being a Sunday, I thought I would throw them out here.

Look at the service history book. Should be in the bag with the owner's manual. My radio code was written down on the first page of the service history booklet.
I should be so lucky!
I've flipped through every page of every book in there. THANK YOU for responding though. I appreciate it.
Tomorrow is Monday and I can try the call your dealer route.
