picture says it all about my oem radiator. its starting to leak i think..there is coolant in the form of goo along where the plastic and aluminum meets.



how long do you think this radiator will last?

Looking for a radiator that doesnt require any modification, is sturdy, and can mount the condenser fan too. any suggestions?

 

My radiator did the same thing. I am using a C&R Radiator. Perfect fit. The only thing if you'll need to run aftermarket fans, and you know from this point it is not straight PnP.

did you just replace it as precaution ? dont know how long mine has been gooping out like that.

 

It was leaking pretty badly. I would have a small pool of coolant on top of my fan shroud.

Im using a cx racing aluminum radiator. Have been for year and half with no issues. Got it off ebay for 100 shipped and came with 2 12 inch slim fans. But the cap to me was questionable so I ordered a skunk2 cap. But you have to get a cap for a Nissan or even a gsxr or whatever is the round shape and not the oval type like honda uses

 

im using a CSF radiator, picked it up new for around $100. It does have the plastic tanks, but has been holding up for 15K miles + no problems.

 

so you wouldnt know if it takes the oem fans?
is it the full radiator?

 

Its a full side radiator. You could probably use OE fans but if it comes with slim fans I would just use them instead and wire them push/pull depending on if you put them on the front or back of the rad
