Alright so my bro just bought a 91 ef si and everything was fine when he purchased it. Car started fine and all. Car sat maybe a couple days at most and suddenly wont turn over at all. Pushed started it without a problem. I pulled the starter and got it checked, it checked out fine. Tested the clutch interlock and its fine. Bump stop is there and it is being pressed. I even put my hand up there and pushed it in still did the same. I got the plug disconnected for it and jumped it, same thing. Tested the wire going to starter and its not getting any voltage. Im thinking the relay is bad but all I have found is that its part of the main relay or the relay sits behind the radio. Relay behind radio works fine, even did a continuity test. Is the starter relay part of the main relay? It seems that both are clicking when the key is turned to start.

 

Never mind. Turns out one of the previous owner wired in a toggle switch into the starter signal wire and hid it under the center console. My bro probably accidentally hit it when vacuumming it out or pulling the seats.
