Default new idea.... need time Estimate

I want to get a 91 CRX si. I will stripp most of it to make it light,Buddy clubkit, GSR wheels(5spokes) put a roll bar in it, do a B16a motor swap, and the usual bolt ons until i would go turbo, what times you think id be looking at in 1/4 mile? plus 2 GSR leather seats, im not looking to go FULL race, but a NICE street car.

I'd estimate high to mid 14's untill you get turbo. By bolt ons you mean intake, header, and exhaust right? Not cams?
