OH Honda Museum 1993 Civic EX - For Sale
From the Honda museum straight into storage. Currently stored in a climate controlled environment.
VIN: 2HGEJ1255PH522759
Mileage: 110
Location: Columbus, Ohio
1993 Red Honda Civic EX, 2 door, automatic transmission.
$10,000
Background / Story: The car was originally kept by Honda in their museum. Honda decided to reduce inventory and allow the associates the chance to obtain 1 of 4 vehicles that would be removed from the museum. I am NOT the owner, but posting for a friend who was one of the lucky 4 to obtain a vehicle.
Vehicles were serviced regularly while in the museum and a final inspection / service was done immediately before delivery to the Honda employees. The following list was given to the associate stating what work was done to this Civic:
• Replaced wheel trim
• Replaced wheel nut
• Replaced windshield washer blade arm
• Replaced windshield washer inserts
• Replaced 4 tires
• Balanced 4 tires

Attached are pictures the owner took. Please contact me and I will furnish the contact information to anyone interested.

Very true but 14k is alot of money for the regular joe.
Hopefully some one has deep pockets, if it was a 5-speed it would sell alot quicker. Very nice non the less. Lets hope it doesnt get riced out and swapped lol.

If it were cheaper, I'd have purchased it instead of posting! I too wish it were a manual but it's a moot point since i doubt I'd drive it much. Price / value is interesting to discuss. Even if it doesn't sell it was too unique not to share here. Enjoy!
If this was a 94-95 white Si hatch or a teal 94 GSR or something harder to come by like that I could see it bringing high dollar. None the less this is a awesome piece that I'm sure someone would buy for the right price. I'd list it on eBay for sure.
I'd love to know what other cars they had in the group of four.

The seller told me the other cars were:
1) 88 or 89 Accord (not sure coupe or sedan)
2) 2 Accord wagons. One of which became a daily driver and has now seen snow / salt.

lol at people saying its too much. check the window sticker for the original price. then check the odometer. then check inflation from 93-2011. this is a steal.
its over priced but very cool to see something hold the new car look. new price miles and time still wont make a civic ex auto worth that much money. only to some one lookin to add to there collection and not drive. but good luck ebay might be best bet.
Why does it matter if it's auto or manual?
Who's going to buy this to ever drive it? This is a storage/exhibit car only.
Tempting, actually, but I have nowhere to put a car I won't drive.
