hey I know this is probably been cleared alot of times but can't seem to find any info and if I do find something about it, people are using 96-2000 ex harness on there b16 EKs and I've heard it's better to use the ex harness than the original em1 b16a2 engine harness.

I guess my question is can I use the original em1 engine harness without any extra wiring and problems??? I will be doing a jumper harness obd2 to obd1 and use my p28 ecu thanx in advance

 

Yes, using an em1 harness makes the install plug and play as long as you have an obdII distributor with the B16A as well as the ecu jumper

 

nice! Yeah, motor is already set up for obd2 just need to get the jumper ecu harness

 

depends what year your car is, 99-00 harness wont work in 96-98

 

yea, it all depends on the year of my car I got the 2000 si shell w/its original engine harness..
