Have you recently done any work at all to the car before this problem? Even simple cleaning around wires is helpful info.

Error code 0 (constant red LED) means the ECU's main CPU is not operating and the ecu is using it's backup processor. In this situation the car won't start very well and rev limit is lowered. It is not a wise idea to drive the car in this condition for any length of time.

main relay is the main culprit or damp in the ecu(in UK climate)

mmmyummm. butter or cream cheese on toast?

OP, your ECU is fried!

You can pull the 15A? HAZ fuse in the pass shock tower to reset and try again. PM6 ECUs are plentiful
