has anyone with a turbo k20 made this change? if so how much of a difference did it make E.T. wise

 

What final drive do you have?

 

i have a stock 04' type s 6spd trans now. ive heard that i should put my final drive into a stock ep3 trans and that will work out good.

 

I have a friend with a 600hp K20a2 (same turbo as you from the looks of it as well if your using a 6262) with a 6 speed tranny and it works out for him pretty good. I also have a friend with a 518hp K24a4 with a 5 speed and it works good for him as well. It really depends on what you want though. Its its more of a street car I would go with the 5 speed.
