here is the deal:

i have '00 si rlca's on my '98 ek. first, will a 94-00 gsr rear sway fit? and second, will i need a reinforcment kit for the 14mm bar?

From what I understand, 00 Si lca's are the same as any EK lca. I have never been told any different. The GSR bar fits, you just have to still use Si endlinks. Lastly, there is no reinforcement necessary for a 14mm bar.
