98 oem fogs

i got a pair of fogs but they dont seem to fit my bumper my car is a 98, the fogs are not sliding in and they seem to be too big, do i have a 94-97 bumper? or do i have to cut some of the bumper

That looks like a 98 bumper. That would explain why they dont fit. Those are 94-97 fogs.

Bigger lenses & less bezel showing compared to the 94-97. The OEM one was by Raybrig as a factory option.
