b18c1 edlebrock victor x mani installation
hey guys i got a 98 gs-r that im currently rebuild and boosting eventually....before i do that i need to first put the car back together stock (so it passes new york state inspection) first then im boosting it...
i got the eldebrock victor x (4760) intake mani that im installing before i put the car back together stock... i was told that the mani should be fine for stock applications but im having some trouble with installing all the stock sensors on it
first off i know u need to use the access ports on the back for this
1)hose to the black box below the battery
2)BOV (boosted app)
3)line to break booster
4)wastegate (boosted app)
5) boost guage (boosted app)
but wut about the evap canister inderneath the intake? you obv need it hooked up to pass inspection but do i just run the lines any where in the intake mani?(access ports)
also (excuse me if im being an idiot
) wuts the sensor that sits on top of the stock intake mani with two lines one going to the intake manifold itself? i beleave its the IAT sensor?
PLEASE HELP! lmao
THANKS!

You can hook up the evap canister to any port of the IM, they're all just air flowing.
And no the sensor with two lines going into it is not your IAT.
