I work as a Client Advisor for a BMW Dealership and can confirm that all the service work has been done. This is really huge when looking to buy one of these cars. Every time we trade for an E46 9 times out of 10 it needs between $1500-$4000 worth of service work. Had 100k warranty and maintenance program (previous ceritifed pre-owned) so you know it's solid! This is as perfect as they come. Car has 147k miles but looks and drives like it has less than 50k. A true cream-puff.

That may be so, they can be found for cheaper but always for a reason. It's all about condition, options, and service records. My car is very loaded, it's in excellent shape, and I have all the service records. I've been in the business for close to 6 years now and a car in this shape with it's history deserves all the money.
