What seats were used in the 89 CRX Si JDM. I am trying to do a complete JDM conversion to my 89 REX Si. Anyone have any for sale or have a link to a site that has some?

 

So, you planning on making it right hand drive too? You got a lot of work. I am pretty sure they still had the factory recaro's like the ones here. I dunno though. I could be way off. Talk to Eric from FF squad. He can tell you everything you need to know.

Well there are 3 Different Types of JDM 88-91 CRX seats.

1. There are the base model. They are the same as the base model as North America but have better cloth covering. $100US

2. There are the SiR Seats. Same as the USDM Si seats but are more sturdy and have CRX embroidered in the seats. The CRX in the seats is the same size and Colour as the CRX on the USDM Si Door Panels. ABout $300US

3. Upgraded SiR Seats. They are black leather and have CRX embroidered in them with Red Stitching. Also the seats have red stitching around the edges. $300-$900US depending on leather quality.

I've never seen those leather SiR seats.

 

There is a pait selling on eBay right now.
