Default Exhaust Note Change?!?!? help

ill get straight to the point. i had a photoshoot with my car yesterday. i left my car running and water got into piping. i had it in a shallow pool of water. the exhaust was not submerged into water. Afterwards, when i was driving home, i noticed that it sounded different. thinking that there was still water. i waited till today to drive test it again. i just got back from driving it and it still sounds different.

please leave inputs if u know anything.

thanks

Wonder if the cold water fractured the cat - thermal shock?
