D4 light flashing

I need help fixin my problem my D4 light flashes and when u drive it the transmission act like it want to down shift what i need to do to fix this?

The D4 light is flashing because the TCU has a code, retrieve the code and get back to us.

Could be that your Tranny has reached its end. But check the code just to be sure
