Ok so today I started tucking my clutch line.

I pulled the CMC and removed the line from it. I then unbolted the bracket on the frame and unbolted the line from the slave cylinder.

You need a crimper... I make them at a local machine shop I have an account with Or you can go online and find AN line with fittings already attached. Or I sell these made lines for $65 shipped.

You can get the clutch lines through Russell fittings. It is Edelbrock's line of hose and fittings. That is what brand my brake lines are and they are great quality!

Does anyone else think this is a bad D.I.Y. ?

The guy doesn't list what materials are needed, tools, etc...

And then two or three posts down, it says you can buy the line from him for $65...

Sounds to me like he is just trying to sell his products on here and not really help enthusiasts....

Anyone else?

. . . .

whoa lets not cry... sorry this wasn't my best DIY ever...

you need -3an braided line. I went with 50" and then you'll need an M10 1.25 to -3AN adapter for the line to go from metric to AN. Tools like wrenches and knowledge.

I highly doubt he's trying to sell a product on here. He has a **** ton of d.i.y threads that are all thorough. I feel this to be a simpler one, if you don't know what tools you need don't do it. And he stated where and how to get the line
Made. But for convenience hell take care of the hassle and send you the line for 65$. Not a bad deal to me. Keep up the good threads spaz.

Hey there I'm in the process of fixing the hardline that runs from the bottom of the bracket that j bends around and to the CMC. I am curious what fitting thread size is for the bottom of that bracket that carrys the 1/4" tube.
