FS: CTR(b16b) longblock!!!! Omg rare!!
I am selling a CTR(B16b) *long block (DISASSEMBLED!!!). The reason I am getting rid of this is because I decided to go a different route with my project. I bought it 2 years back and haven’t had the money to get it in my car. When I got the motor I rebuilt it, then recently tore it down to replace the bearings I originally bought, with OEM bearings. But just haven’t had the time or money to get this motor going. Now, onto the details…

Machine work: (Done by Brevard Cylinder Head)
-block and head were hot tanked and cleaned
-block was honed and checked for square
-block has been lined honed
*
-head has all new valve guides and seals
-head was checked for square
-neither head nor block were decked
*
-Crank, rods, and pistons were all weighed and balanced to 10,000 rpms
-All new OEM piston rings
-Complete OEM engine gasket set
-Brand new, never been used, OEM CTR/ITR valve cover
-ARP head/main studs
-OEM head gasket and timing belt

The only thing this long block does not some with is bearings, valve cover gasket set, and 1 bolt that screws into the head to hold the valve cover on, alternator. *
