Well i did some test n tune saturday at the local track and it went pretty good. Car still cut out a little in the high rpms but it's definitely way up on power from what it was. I was able to run a 9.88@103 1k ft on the first pass with this new motor that i started up at 2:00 saturday afternoon. I was really happy considering it cut out pretty bad in third. The next two passes it cut out worse... I'm going to swap the ecu and see if that might be the issue since the distributer hasn't seemed to change much. The ignition is cutting out just past 8k rpm.

We'll be there, hopefully after a visit to John and the JT Auto Family this weekend we'll get all the bugs out and get some decent passes, plus trying out the new shell.

should be a good turnout. Racers, please show up early to ensure being first inside, 9am ish. Gates are scheduled to open at 10am, will most likely be 9:30 though, tech opens at 11, first round at 12.

it would be nice if this year all the racers could park on pavement, last year there was not much parking since the car show took up most of the pavement and us and many others had to pit in the grass making it very hard to work on the cars

limited paved area at this track, deal with it. We're not putting show cars/vendors/sponsors in the back on the grass.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. put the guys who actually need pavement to work on their cars in the grass. Why didnt i think of that.

Agreed. Use the 2011 NCAA Men's Basketball as an example.
