My ignition switch apparently "went" .. It doesn't stay in the run position or accessory position. I priced a new switch from Honda and it is $296 for the part.. Is there any other alternative? Perhaps a switch from another Civic? I have a steering column from my old EG with the key still in the ignition, will it fit? anyone know? Thanks..

 

No an EG ignition wont work at all. I can come up with one for ya as I have plenty of access to lots of parts cars here in the NW. PM me you need me to pull one for ya.
