I just got an 88 hf tranny, Ive read that this will bolt up to my d15z1 motor, and am wondering exactly what flywheel and clutch will fit.

Forgot to add, I don't have a flywheel yet...

 

i think that the 88 has to have the 88 clutch and flywheel due to spline count \\

yep. 88 trans has diff spline count on input shaft. also the flywheel is diff diameter. you will need a clutch for an 88 trans and an 88 flywheel. i atually have both the flywheel and clutch kit for an 88 ive been trying to sell but nobody round here has this year trans

yeah dont all d series trans bolt up to one and other its just a matter of cable or hydro

 

very true. they bolt up same diff is cable or hydro clutch actuation
