Default tein s tech install, now front passenger side "pops"

so i installed tein s techs on my 2005 rsx, at the same time i installed brand new struts from a 2006 rsx with 2k miles on them. (figured they might last longer than my stock ones with 70k on em) everything went fine but now when i am going over bumps in the road my front passenger side makes a very subtle/quiet "pop". its not a clunk sound its just a soft "pop" like someone tapping on a window. when music is on you cant hear it. i had a buddy ride along and he said he couldnt hear it but I DO! i tried searching multiple forums but people describing the noise say the wheel is turned. mine happens regardless of what direction the wheels are in. whats wrong here? or am i trippin and thats a normal sound associated with being lowered?

i have the mugen struts and springs on my ep3...i get the same noise when i turn the wheel all the way to the right..from what ive read all it is is that when the suspension was it installed it wasnt greased enough..so pretty much just take it out and slap spome lube on it and itll be fine..ive gotten used to it now and didnt feel like taking the whole right front strut out and lubing it and then having to realign it so i just got used to it lol

check your different suspension bushings also
bushings could be worn and need replacement

I had the same issue with my coils and it was my bearing in the top plate that was seized... my buddy unseized and lubed it up and it work like new now and I don't have anymore noises!

Are you sure you didn't cut off one of the coils from the spring?

im getting this installed in my ep when i figure out what suspension im going to be putting in...

but fyi
dont buy the red ones.

http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...18112&#reviews

click on the above link then click learn more it says:

How are these two colors different?

The only difference between the red and black parts is that most Black Energy Suspension parts are Graphite Impregnated. This serves to help self lubricate the bushings. The Red parts do not have this characteristic. Aside from the actual color and the lack of being Graphite Impregnated - the red parts are essentially the same as the black.
