1992 Honda Accord 5 Speed Good Condition - DALLAS AREA
I am selling a car I just received as payment for some work I did.
1992 Honda Accord - 4 Door, 5-Speed Transmission - Red with Gray interior. $2,500 CASH OBO.
After I got the car I had a Honda mechanic do all the typical tune up goodies for the next owner since I have no use for this car, I already have 3 other Hondas! Some with over 300,000 miles.
Drives good, shifts smooth, good acceleration on the highway and superb fuel economy. You won't find many on Craigslist this price with this many new parts and tune up!
We replaced as of this week:
- 4 brand new tires
- Starter
- Distributor Cap
- Distributor Rotor (OE)
- NGK Spark Plugs (OE)
- Spark Plug Wires (OE)
- Transmission Fluid Service
- Honda Oil and Filter Change
- Throttle Body Service & Cleaning
- Intake manifold and fuel system sevice & cleaning
- Wiper Blades
- Valve cover gasket & o-rings
- Clutch pedal Pad
- Throttle cable
- Previously, Timing Belt service was done prior to me getting this car. I was also informed the clutch was changed.
I have also had the car professionally polished on the exterior to bring the shine back to the paint. The interior is pretty clean and un-worn for it's age.
Overall the car is in great shape. It drives perfect at 75+ MPH on the highway. It is capable of 35+ MPG fuel economy since gas is going back up and up!
This is a great starter car, or daily commuter car. It is not perfect, but for an older Honda it is nice. No major body damage or interior damage. Title is signed, ready for new owner.
Only minor flaw that needs attention is 2 things: Needs the front window replaced ($150 installed quote), and lower exhaust pipe needs to be welded back together by a muffler shop ($75~). Also, it will need a radio, or at least installed,(It comes with a Pioneer CD player and amplifier that need install).
