95 civic idle prob

Default 95 civic idle prob

my car idles up and down from 1100 to 1500 rlly fast what could be the cause ? i changed the tps that didnt help and idk if its the iac or not but when that is plugged in if i hit the gas it stays at 2500 ? so i unplugged it could the iac cause this ?

also there is an area on your throttle body by the Idle Control Sensor you can adjust your idle with a screw driver

If you use your finger to cover the port leading to the FITV inside the throttle body, does the idle speed become normal?

i used a screw driver to adjust the idle and that didn't help but i took the throttle body off and the FITV rattles if i move it around i think a piece in it is broke so im going to get a new throttle body tomorrow and try that and see what happens
