Default do 90-93 share brake setups with 94-97?

Do the 90 to 93 generation accords have the same brake setups as the 94-97's?

I see on TAS auto they offer rear disc conversions for the 90-93... but i have a 96..

Just wondering if i could buy the one they offer for the previous generation

Well crap. I just figured they might since they are very similar. Do you know specifically what is different? As in could i buy the kid and just do a little tinkering to make it work?
