i have a 1991 honda civic. DPFI to MPFI. I have a test pipe. I really want to know if i need a canister. My uncle told me i need one. My other uncle said i do not need one. Both are mechanics. Help me please. Thanks

 

What canister?
Charcoal canister? -no, you don't need that, but it's nice to the environment... not like you care with your test pipe anyway.

you live in chicago and drive a 91. therefore no emissions test for your car. yes u can pull off the canister, its for emissions. how many uncles do you have anyways? lol
