horn doesnt work on my 97 civic!

So my horn doesn't work on my 97 civic coupe. I was wondering what are the most common reasons for this and what should i check!!

Just stopped working? Never has worked? Installed aftermarket steering wheel? How about some more info?

oh my bad! It just stopped working. it's just my daily commuter car that is bone stock including stock steering wheel. I checked the fuse and the fuse is fine.

My best guess besides replacing it, is check the relay to the horn...
