how do you paint/re-paint Faded Wiper Arms ??

Default how do you paint/re-paint Faded Wiper Arms ??

on Old Hondas, the Flat Black colors tends to fades....(looks like chrome)..
I tried spraying it back with a flat black but then it's not sticking...
HELP!

sand it a lil bit, clean it, spray it with primer, and then spray it with flat black..

Just take em off, place them on cardboard, get some flat black paint and spray em! I do it like once every few months to mine! .. Just make sure not to get any paint on the blades!!!

last time i did that to all the family cars I sanded the **** out of them beforehand too...that's why the ones on Sarah's corolla and my truck and the neon are still black and you have to redo yours every month or so

I would suggest using a high-temp ceramic paint on the arms and then baking it in your oven for however long the instructions on the can call for. I used a regular semi-flat paint on my wiper arms, and they have little nicks in them now about a year later. The ceramic high-temp paint, if baked properly, will come out EXTREMELY hard and resistant to road debris.
