Default 99 ek hatch wheel size and offset.

Ok so let me start by saying that in all honesty ive done my fair share of searching and im disgusted and done looking at all of these "Hella Flush", Super tucked, non functional, and non appealing wheel size, offset, and tire setups.

So that said, i have a silver 99 civic ek hatch with a strut/ shock and spring setup thats dropped the car roughly 1.75 inches. Wheels of choice are going to be black or silver enkei RPF1s (open to suggestions or opinions). Diameter im going with WILL be 15". Width WILL be 7". Now the part i absolutely need help with is offset (+35,+41 are the only options) as well as possibly needing spacers, and of course tire sizing. The inspiration and look im attempting to achieve is in these picture of my friends old bomb running 2 sets of s2k rears. Please and thank you in advance for any opinions, comments and or help and advice.

PS: Whatever happened to jdm? And whats up with this whole form before function movement?
