I have a leaking R&P so I am keeping an eye on it until I can get a new one. I noticed that the two lines on the outside of the can show it is within specs, yet when I take the top plug off the reservoir its kind of low. Hope that makes sense. Should I add ps fluid even though the level is equal to the outside can line, but when you look inside its low. Thanks!

I'm confused. Is the reservoir so dirty that you can't see the true fluid level?

 

Is level or is the level NOT between the upper/lower?

 

No, its clean but its like a thin wall sleeve (can inside a can) looking thing - reservoir. The outside shows its at the line but when you look straight down into the reservoir the fluid is lower than the outside line.

 

Post pictures. Trust the fluid level you see inside the reservoir.
