Hi i have been looking on the web to see if i can find info on a part for my wife's honda. The part goes in the middle of 2 hoses for the engine coolant it looks like a valve to put in anti freeze, i went over the the local auto zone but no luck. ice attached a picture of the part maybe some one can help me find out what its called. thanks in advance.

Throw it away. Join the two ends of the hose and bleed the system through the radiator.

 

+1 Fabrication is key, Take a similar sized pipe and two hose clamps. Do it in brass and use a three way to keep your current design.

Agree or buy a new hose, that is an aftermarket "flush tee" added by someone that want to flush the cooling system by that method.
