Help P1457 and Gas Tank has Vacuum

Help P1457 and Gas Tank has Vacuum
I am getting P1457 Engine Code.
I've noticed when I put gas in my car, when I take out the gas cap I can hear suction.
"The scan tool indicates Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1457: Evaporative Emission (EVAP) control system leak detected (EVAP control cansiter system)"
Since its a vacuum it's not a break or leak in the hose, is it the Canistor/Solenoid that needs to be changed? (under the fuel filter I believe)
