The problem is that when my car is cold (mostly in the morning) or when it rains it has trouble starting up. Ppl were telling me it could be the AIC valve or fitv but my car doesnt have a fitv bcuz its obd2. I also cleaned the AIC valve and the t/b and i still have trouble turning on the car when its cold. I also changed the Temperatur sensor too. So i was wondering if you guys would know what the problem is.
My car is a 96' Civic dx

i saw a car once where water would leak into the the car where the ecu was at maybe that helps
