Engine:
Stock V6 other than AEM Short Ram Intake.
*The intake pipe diameter was larger than the diameter of the intake manifold so I placed a rubber gasket over the intake manifold to match the diameter of the AEM intake pipe. It fits snuggly and works perfectly and now has a wider intake tract. It also has a dry-flow filter which never needs replacing or oiling. Wash it, dry it, put it back on.
Full synthetic oil always used and changed regulary since I bought the car at 50000 miles.
*Car is due to have timing belt replaced.
Interior:
Stock other than an Alpine CDE-9870 CD/Mp3 player.
Power sunroof/windows/locks/mirrors/seats/ all work perfectly.
AC/Heat work fine.
Backlight of clock burnt making hard to see time at night. Easy fix but I never bothered since I use the clock on the radio at night.
Leather in good condition. Slight stitching coming undone on driver’s seat.
Exterior: Good condition. Typical dings/scratches typical of an 11 year old vehicle.
Under hood shocks are tired , so hood has potential to close when open and needs to be supported by something when open for safety.
Passenger side spray nozzle for windshield wiper fluid not working. Driver side works.
*This car was in a front end accident in 2007. Airbags did not deploy. Car was professionally repaired with new OEM replica hood, drive side fender, radiator support, and OEM driver side headlight.
The ABS wiring harness was damaged in the accident and wires are currently held in harness by electrical tape and functions fine. One time since the accident have the wires backed out and an ABS light come on in the dash which simply required re-inserting the wire into the harness and retaping. The brakes work fine even when this happens! The only loss of funcitionality is ABS IF the wires back out which has only happened once in 3 years. The fix is a new harness or soldering the wires together which I have never had motivation to do since I do not care about the loss of ABS and it is enabled and working fine anyway.
I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country after replacing the timing belt and am only selling to pay down a new vehicle that I bought. Title in hand. Car sold as is. Feel free to ask any questions / request any additional pictures.
