For once it's not the engine hood latch

Before I crack into the back of the seat and destroy something I'd just like to know if anyone has had to fix this before? If so, how?

Sorry for the blurry pictures, I only had a chance to take the pictures while I was in the car being driven >.>

Wow bro that sucks I'm sorry.I've taken my seats in and out a few times.I know the bottom tail lifts to expose bolts but I don't recall a zipper but I do recall hooks.I'd take it to your nearest upholsty shop and get then to unhook the covers and I'm sure they can fix it.if not Honda or alldata should be able to pull up an explosion so u can see what needs to be done to correct the issue.good luck

I belive they are called "hog rings" Those are holding the cloth cover down.

If you pull the seat, and pull the back cover off of them you should see the rings holding it down. Break, cut or something, the rings should come off. And you should be able to pull the cloth off.

To put it back on you will need to buy the hog ring tool, and hog rings. They shouldn't cost to much.

I did this too.

The peice your holding just twists onto a metal kind of lever. get a flash light and a small screwdriver, look in the hole and find this metal peice use the screwdriver to move it into the middle and pop the plastic peice right back on. worked ever since. this way you don't have to take seat off or anything.

I don't remember if the plastic peice twists on or not look on the inside of it and look for threading.
